The echos and habits we feel may be patterns imparted by earlier generations. This 20 x 16 inch piece was painted on Arches 100% cotton paper, and mounted on a wood panel, ready for hanging.
Each line was created using only three colors, Quinacridone Rose and Gold, and Indigo, the brush never completely washed, mimicking our inability to completely erase the influence of our ancestors.
This piece was selected for online group arts show Nostalgia, at The Holy Art Gallery, in London, England (2021).
